If Life Changes… Our Refund & Cancellation Policy
In every story, there are twists we don’t expect. At The Garden Nook Company, we understand that plans can change—even the best-laid ones. Our Nooks are lovingly made to order, built just for you, and prepared in our workshop weeks before they arrive in your garden. Because of this, we ask for a little understanding too.
Once Your Journey Begins
As soon as your build slot is confirmed and materials are allocated, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. This marks the beginning of your Nook’s story—crafted to fit your dreams and your space, no two quite the same.
Before the Build Begins
If you need to cancel within 7 days of placing your order, and we haven’t started preparing materials or reserving your build date, we may be able to offer a partial refund. Any design, planning, or sourcing costs already incurred will be deducted.
Kindness, Not Contracts
We know that life is unpredictable. If something changes unexpectedly, please get in touch. While we can’t promise a full refund, we always promise to listen. We’ll do what we can—with fairness, flexibility, and a little bit of magic.
